Ultrasonic Thickness Gage

  • Measures the thickness of a variety of materials such as metal, glass, plastic, ceramic and epoxy

    0.01 mm display resolution (display can switch between 0.01/0.1mm)

    AD-3255-02(Standard probe) Measurement range from 0.8 to 200.0mm
  • AD-3255-03(Option ) Measurement range from 1.0 to 300.0mm
  • AD-3255-04(Option ) Measurement range from 2.0 to 300.0mm
  • Comes with 4 mm equivalent test piece for Zero point calibration for probe.
  • The thickness of an object excluding paints and coatings can be measured with Echo-echo mode using AD-3255-04 probe.
    (Measurement range from 4.0~30.0mm)
  • Sound velocity calibration is possible
    (Single point and two-point calibration as well as numerical input calibration are possible, configuration and calibration data are recorded)
  • Coupling status displayed for contact status confirmation
  • Backlight for use in dark environments
